Leadership is the ability to motivate and influence people in an ethical and positive way so that they willingly and enthusiastically contribute to the goals of the team.
This course will help us understand the multiple factors that both help us be great leaders, and even more importantly, get in the way of effective leadership. We are the only course in the world that applies the landmark psycho-social science of Analytical Trilogy created by Brazilian psychoanalyst Norberto Keppe in our work.
